After a ten-year battle with Alzheimer’s disease, Dorothy Tristan, an actress best known for her roles in “Klute” and “Scarecrow,” and the wife of film director John D. Hancock, passed away on January 7 in La Porte, Indiana. Age-wise, she was 88. Her portrayal was proof that Tristan had passed away. Marcia Brodhacker, her caregiver, and her husband were by her side as she passed away.
